You can choose to pay us by fee, commission or a combination of the two. However you wish to pay for our services, we will agree a fixed amount at outset and disclose any payments we receive from product providers.

For mortgages we charge: An Advice Fee of between £0 and £2,500 is payable on application (typically this will be £1,500). We may also charge an Arrangement Fee, for which you can choose to either allow us to keep the commission from the lender OR to pay a fee of 0.75% of the loan amount (payable on application and we will refund any of the commission received on completion).

All fees will be disclosed and agreed with you prior to application.
